No Family Should Have to Choose Between Food and Survival
For many families facing hardship, the rising cost of living has turned everyday essentials into overwhelming burdens. No parent should have to decide between paying bills or putting food on the table. No family should have to struggle in silence.
Alhamdulillah, through our May Grocery Run, House of Sakinah was able to support 28 families with essential groceries and household items β providing relief, comfort, and support during difficult times.
Every grocery bag delivered carried more than food. It carried hope. It carried dignity. It carried the reminder that our community stands together and cares for one another.
At House of Sakinah, we understand that support goes beyond emergency assistance. Sometimes, a simple grocery delivery can ease stress, restore dignity, and remind families that they are not alone in their struggles.
This initiative would not be possible without the generosity of our donors, volunteers, and supporters. To every individual who contributed, packed supplies, donated funds, or helped deliver assistance β thank you.
