Before attending the workshop, I had to wait for my son or husband whenever I wanted to speak to my family in Fiji. It was frustrating and limiting. Now, I can connect with my loved ones anytime I want. This freedom has given me confidence, dignity, and a sense of independence I didnβt have before.
