Many women carry struggles silently.
They may feel overwhelmed, isolated, or unsure where to seek help. Often, they donβt fully understand their rights, the support available to them, or how changing family expectations in Australia can impact relationships and parenting.
At House of Sakinah, we believe support should come before crisis.
Our upcoming workshop, is designed to provide women and families with practical knowledge, culturally respectful guidance, and a safe space to ask questions openly and confidently.
This supportive session will help participants better understand Australian culture, family expectations, and the importance of recognising challenges early before they grow into conflict.
